Hogans Excavations delivered the GMW Sunday Creek Reconfiguration Pipeline and Hell’s Gate Weir. This included installation of a 312LinealM of 560mm pipeline and construction of associated water control infrastructure. The pipeline involved horizontal underboring beneath environmentally sensitive areas, HDPE pipeline installation, concrete pit installation and pressure testing of the completed pipeline system. 

Works also included construction of the weir structure, clay embankment formation, concrete capping and placement of geofabric and rock beaching to stabilise the structure. The entire project was delivered using low-impact construction methods to minimise environmental disturbance while maintaining access across challenging terrain and sensitive riverbank areas
