HOGAN PRESSURE SEAL RISER

Hogan’s Poly Irrigation have developed a totally new design of riser to deliver water to the increased demands of the surface irrigation pipe and riser systems.

The increase in water volume and the spikes and vacuum that are created in these larger systems have led Hogan’s Poly Irrigation to design the only riser on the market that works with the water pressure to hold the water seal tight, up against the sealing seat, no matter what the increase in pressures. The higher the pressure the better the seal.

Advantages of the all new PS Riser:

  • Vacuum and air relief valve fitted to each riser for system protection.
  • Not relying on the actuator for sealing strength and pressure hold.
Able to remove mechanical mechanism whilst irrigation is still in operation (if required for maintenance)
  • Full automation
  • Riser can be adapted to any existing automation
  • No leakage
  • Using the water pressure to work with the riser to create a seal as opposed to against.
  • This greater seal creates a leak free riser system.
  • Easy to revert from manual operation to fully automated system at any stage

No Leaks
Using the water pressure to work with the riser rather than against
This greater seal creates leak free system
Les strain on the actuator as not relying on it to do the work

Full Automation
We offer a fully automated system
Water from the comfort of your own home

Already have automation?
Our risers can be adapted to any existing automation

Able to remove the manual or automated mechanism whilst irrigation (if required for maintenance)
Vacuum and air relief valves fitted to each riser for system protection
Riser operations clear of water path

Longer life of both actuator or spindle for automated or manual systems
Easy to access manual operation from bike seat or laneway
Ease of manual operation with battery drill or crank handle totally clear of water path

Handling of high water rates
Tested to 30 meters head
Robust design to with stand cattle contact (no fencing required)
